Caramel Cupcakes
Whilst wandering the isles of Marks & Spencer's food hall, I stumbled across one rather lovely ingredient; Salted Caramel Sauce! I immediately needed to have this sauce in my life and decided to make some caramel cupcakes.

And here they are.

To give these cakes their sugary kick I used brown sugar in the sponge, I added the Salted Caramel Sauce into the middle of the cake and for a final flurish added more Salted Caramel Sauce into the buttercream icing. These cupcakes were very sweet and very messy (and what's not to like about that?).
