Hazelnut Cupcakes
As well as making jubilee cupcakes for my friends I decided to be selfish and make cupcakes for myself (which I also took along to the tea party for everyone to enjoy). I chose one of my favourite ingrediants...hazelnuts.

These cupcakes were delicious, by adding chopped hazelnuts, oil and Frangelico into the sponge I ended up with a lovely moist sponge, with the addition of the chopped hazelnuts in the icing, I inadvertently made cupcakes that tasted of Ferrero Roche (which happen to be my favourite chocolates) Yummy!

  • 180g Plain Flour
  • 1 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
